A 39 year old female came to OPD with Both knee pain. Patient was obese. We ordered both knee X-ray. X-ray showed that both knee had osteoarthritic changes. We admitted patient in IPD and planned for Basti treatment. We gave special medicated Basti for 15 days and discharged the patient. We continued supportive medicines for 1 month. She felt almost 100% improvement in pain. Again X-ray was done to see improvement. And X-ray showed normal knee joint without any Osteoarthritic changes.
