A 46 year old male came to OPD with Hyper Uric Acid level having symptoms of feet edema, pain, tenderness and redness. After assessing completely, classical Virechana therapy (one of the Panchkarma treatment) was planned. About 15 day’s course of Virechana and then about 2 month’s medicine gave very good improvement in symptoms.
